A Creative Team Experience for Awareness, Trust & Connection
Short introduction
This workshop helps teams perceive each other with more attention and openness – beyond roles, hierarchy and daily routines.
Participants draw each other in pairs through simplified, humorous mini-portraits. No drawing or artistic experience is required.
The process focuses on observation, empathy, communication and shared lightness.
At the end, a collective Team Poster is created – a visible reminder of openness, shifted perspectives and team spirit.

ROLF GIGER
Illustrator and caricaturist from the canton of Graubünden with over 30 years of experience: publications in regional and national newspapers and magazines, individual and corporate commissions, print projects and observational caricature series.

Artistic approach
Rolf does not aim for academic resemblance or fast visual effects – he works through careful observation. His style focuses on translating human character into clear, calm lines with a respectful and subtle irony. Gesture, mood and expression are more important than technical “correctness”.
Workshop approach
Accessible, simple drawing methods, no judgement, no pressure. Focus on perception, emotion and line as communication.
